Universal Trapezoid PCD Coating Removal Tool with Sacrificial Segment
This PCD grinding tool is designed for aggressive removal of epoxy coatings, adhesive, glue, mastic, paint and other thick surface materials from concrete floors.
The universal trapezoid mounting pattern fits many common floor grinder plates. Different hole patterns and mounting systems can be produced according to the customer's machine.
Why Use a Sacrificial Segment?
The sacrificial diamond segment helps control the cutting depth and reduces the risk of excessive scratching or gouging on the concrete surface. It is recommended when the contractor needs coating removal with better floor protection.

How to Select the Correct Tool
Choose left-hand or right-hand rotation according to the direction of your grinder head.
Use a sacrificial segment when better cutting-depth control and reduced concrete scratching are required.
Select a larger or more aggressive PCD configuration for thick, hard coatings. Select a smaller PCD configuration for thinner coatings or more controlled removal.
